The Senior Information Technology (IT) Business Process Analyst, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems and Development, is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating processes, systems, and user requirements for planned projects involving campus Information Technology, and ServiceNow in particular. The position entails working closely with technical and business teams outside of IT to document their processes, and also to create and implement enterprise ITSM platform workflows and interfaces for these processes.
