Rider University invites applications for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to gather, analyze, and convey user requests and requirements to support the maintenance, development and implementation of administrative and web applications and data query/reporting analysis. Individual will also: develop and maintain a knowledge base of business workflows as they relate to administrative, web and LAN applications; provide functional and high level technical support, training and assistance to users and OIT staff in the performance of their daily activities; assist senior management in the collection of technology requirements for new or upgraded services; provide reports to keep senior management abreast of the significant issues that could negatively or positively impact the University in a timely manner; serve as an instrument in accomplishing the University's strategic plans; and perform other related tasks as assigned.
