The office of Distance Education seeks a professional-level staff person who will serve as the point of contact for online programs. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for effectively managing all aspects of online, hybrid, and off campus distance education programs, and acts as the liaison for the academic unit offering a distance education program, and the contact for prospective and enrolled students. The major responsibilities can be grouped into areas of program support, student services, compliance activities, and quality assurance.
This permanent full time 12-month EPA staff position requires a master's degree (preferably in higher education, adult education, educational research/evaluation) or a closely related field and at least two years of work experience in the administration or direct support of educational programs. Budgeting experience is desirable. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the stated qualifications. Annual salary: $54,000.
