The Productivity and Collaborative Solutions group in the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Division of Information Technology (DoIT) is looking for an IT Service Team Lead to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer engagement, thrives in a team environment, and is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. The emphasis will be on coordinating team efforts to deliver and maintain high quality, efficient, and robust enterprise IT services to campus including,
Office 365 and its associated applications
email relay, security, and reputation management
account provisioning and management
delegated administration tools for our campus IT partners.
The ECC Service Team Lead directs the operational planning and project activities of the team; manages the operational, financial, and service delivery activities of the team; manages vendor and customer engagements; and manages enterprise level projects that span UW Madison campus and UW System.
