CCNA or another relevant certification equivalent to the Cisco “Associate” level certification series
Five or more years of progressive experience configuring routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security devices and services such as Firewalls, VPN Concentrators, IDS/IPS devices, 802.1x authentication services, etc.
Two years of experience may be substituted with CCNP or equivalent
Experience developing and maintaining complex technical documentation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated project management experience
Ability to work effectively in an organization committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
