In this role, you will be integral to promoting, implementing and supporting experiential education (EE), e-learning, and international experiences for students in the Faculty. This position also plays a key role in fostering relationships with external stakeholders, students, community partners and faculty/staff. You will also be accountable for leading the creation and delivering EE programs within the Faculty, managing and developing internship opportunities for LA&PS students, supporting our international courses/study abroad programs, implementing e-learning strategies and developing/enhancing relationships with our stakeholders and community partners. The Manager, Teaching & Learning is expected to collaborate with Faculty departments, students, community partners, faculty members and staff.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
A Graduate University degree in a related field plus specialized training in experiential education or equivalent combination of education and years of experience, which shows an aptitude towards strategic planning, superior interpersonal skills and partnership building. In addition, the successful candidate will possess 5-7 years of professional experience in the field of experiential education with program, policy and partnership development, including a minimum of five years’ experience managing a team within a complex unionized environment.
